The Cincinnati Cyclones play host to the Johnstown Chiefs this morning (Wednesday, March 19) at 10am at U.S. Bank Arena. The Cyclones wrapped up their first-ever North Division playoff title on Monday night, in a 3-2 win over Johnstown.
This is the second installment of the âEducation In Hockey Day', with more than 4100 students from 35 schools from all parts of the Tri-State area (students from Troy; Lexington, KY; Batesville, IN; and Hillsboro, make up the widest distance covered. The Cyclones use nine of their college graduates to teach third through tenth grade students about math, science, geography and physical education. The program follows the Ohio State Standards for education.
The program starts with the first installment at 9:45am and faceoff of the game is at 10am. The program is expected to run until approximately 12:30pm.
