'Cakes Win Series, Derail Express 9-2

New Orleans Baby Cakes News Release
ROUND ROCK, TX - Baby Cakes starter Zac Gallen dealt another strong performance on Sunday afternoon working eight innings and allowed two runs on two hits for his third win in five starts. The 'Cakes offense hammered four home runs and beat Round Rock 9-2 to win the series.
Austin Dean led the way for the New Orleans (13-10) offensive attack with four hits, three doubles and a two run home run.
Gabriel Guerrero added a two run home run, Yadiel Rivera blasted a three run shot and Deven Marrero drilled a solo shot in the eighth inning.
New Orleans scored early with a two out double from Dean and followed by an RBI hit from Harold Ramirez. The 'Cakes added to the scoring in the third inning with the homer from Guerrero and Gallen's pitching performance held the Express offense without an answer.
GAME NOTES- The 'Cakes had nine home runs last April have already 31 home runs this season.
