
BJ Surhoff bobblehead dolls for first 500 fans

The Beloit Snappers have teamed up with Festivals Inc. to bring SnapperPalooza to the Pohlman Field on Sunday, September 4. SnapperPalooza will feature live music, baseball and a fireworks spectacular to cap the evening. Beginning at 11:00 am on September 4, "Gould & Patrick" will entertain fans, Irish/American acoustic music, as they wait in line for their BJ Surhoff Bobble Head Dolls. The Snappers will open the gates at 1:00 and the first 500 fans through the gates will receive a BJ Surhoff Bobble Head Doll portrayed in a Beloit Brewers Uniform sponsored by Mercy Health System and ESPN Radio 1380 AM. The Snappers will take on their in-state rival the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers at 2:00 pm in the third game of their four game series. Immediately following the game "The Orphans" will be performing classic and new rock music on the main concourse until approximately 8:00 pm. To cap off the evening we will be having our final fireworks show of the season sponsored by Red Line Amusements. Fans can get all this entertainment included in with your ticket to September 4. Those interested in attending the music or fireworks show will be charged an admission price of $3. The Snappers will serving food and be running drink specials following the game.
