Following a 3-0 win in Springfield Wednesday night, HERSHEY hopes to put the finishing touches on a successful four-game trip to start 2006 tonight in Connecticut.

The BEARS handled the Falcons Wednesday in a 3-0 shutout for Kirk Daubenspeck at MassMutual Center, with Tomas Fleischmann, Louis Robitaille and Chris Bourque each scoring single goals. HERSHEY has three standings points in three games on the trip with one game remaining. Frederic Cassivi is expected to draw the start in goal for the BEARS. Cassivi is in search tonight of his 17th win of the season. Defensemen Lawrence Nycholat and Dean Arsene along with forward Boyd Kane all played for Hartford prior to their current tenure with the Chocolate and White. Nycholat and rookie Eric Fehr play tonight for the first time since being named to the Canadian AHL All-Star team Thursday afternoon.

Tonight's game can be heard via the BEARS radio network, with John Walton handling the call of the action beginning at 6:40 p.m. Friday evening. HERSHEY returns home to face the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins Saturday night at GIANT Center at 7:00 p.m. before facing the Norfolk Admirals Sunday at 5:00 p.m. Tickets for both games are available through the GIANT Center box office, or by calling (717) 508-BEAR.
