LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Indianapolis Colts Caravan will visit Louisville Slugger Field during the Louisville Bats game on Friday, June 5. The Bats host the Buffalo Bisons, Triple-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, for four games Thursday through Sunday.

Fans will be able to get autographs from Colts tight end Dwayne Allen and running back Boom Herron from 6-6:40 p.m. on the main concourse during the caravan stop. The Colts Cheerleaders will also perform on the field and sign autographs and the team mascot, Blue, will make an appearance. Colts in Motion, the team's traveling museum, will be parked on the Witherspoon Plaza. Additionally, Jake the Diamond Dog will perform during the game and fireworks will follow the final out.

The series opens on Thursday as the Bats host another locally famous $1 Budweiser beer happy hour from 5:30-7 p.m., featuring live music by Handcar Prophets on the Overlook Deck from 5:30-6:25 p.m.

The Bats' annual pregame Kids Clinic will be Saturday from 4:40-5:20 p.m. Bats players and coaches will lead instruction on a variety of baseball skills including hitting, pitching and fielding. Kids who wish to participate must be between the ages of 6-12 and it is recommended that all kids bring their baseball gloves.

Bats camouflage hats will also be given away to the first 2,500 paid admissions on Saturday. Furthermore, Josh Goodlett Band will perform on the Overlook Deck from 4:50-5:20 p.m. in conjunction with the Special Olympics torch handoff, as the torch moves across the country to the Special Olympics in Los Angeles. Mayor Greg Fischer and actor David DeSanctis will be on the field for the ceremony. DeSanctis, who lives with Down syndrome, starred in the movie Where Hope Grows, parts of which were filmed at Louisville Slugger Field.

The Bats conclude their series with Buffalo on Sunday. The game will feature the previously rained out Frozen Night and Autograph Day events, originally scheduled for April 19. Fans are encouraged to dress up as their favorite Frozen princess for photo opportunities with princesses Anna and Elsa on the Overlook Deck. Autograph Day will be on the outfield warning track from 4:45-5:30 p.m. and fans are asked to limit items to just one per player or coach. There will also be inflatables for kids on the Overlook Deck, Kids Eat Free during the game and postgame Kids Run the Bases.

The Bats have averaged 8,912 fans per game at Louisville Slugger Field since its opening in 2000 and have totaled over 9.4 million fans through 15 seasons. Tickets for all regular season games are available. The entire 2015 Bats schedule, including updated promotions and special events, can be found at batsbaseball.com.
