ROSTER UPDATE:
F Eric Ehn was signed today. The rookie was a Hobey Baker award finalist at the Air Force Academy, and is currently assigned to Vandenberg Air Force Base on California's Central Coast. Also today, LW Bobby Bolt was placed on the 7-IR, and is eligible to be activated on Saturday, Dec. 6.
Yesterday, D Scotty Balan (3-IR) and G Yutaka Fukufuji (7-IR) were activated. Fukufuji is expected to make his season debut tonight. D Kevin Truelson, who was added to the roster on Tuesday, was placed on the 3-IR yesterday and is eligible to be activated on Monday, Dec. 1. C Dave Bonk remains on the 30-IR and is eligible to return on Dec. 22.
SERIES HISTORY:
The Condors and Steelheads face off tonight for the first time this season. The Condors posted a 2-4-2 record in the two teams' eight meetings last season, and are 33-45-10 in 88 all-time games against Idaho.
The two teams are set to meet five more times after tonight, twice more on the Mercy & Memorial Hospitals Home Ice at Rabobank Arena and three times at Qwest Arena in Boise.
PROMOTIONAL NOTES:
Tonight, is the 10th annual Teddy Bear Toss, sponsored by KBAK-29, KERN 1410 and Wells Fargo. All fans are encouraged to bring stuffed animals to be thrown onto the ice when the Condors score their first goal. All collected stuffed animals will then be distributed to under-privileged children through the United Way of Kern County.
Last season's Teddy Bear Toss drew a standing-room-only crowd, so be sure to get your tickets in advance and show up early! Doors open at 6 p.m., puck drops at 7 p.m.
Teddy Bear Toss Fun Facts:
The Condors are 5-4-0 in Teddy Bear Toss games all-time... Condors Legend Paul Rosebush is the only player in team history to net two Teddy Bear Toss goals (in 2002-03 and 2003-04)... Last season, Tim Konsorada scored the goal that summoned the stuffed animals 6:40 into the first period against the Phoenix RoadRunners... The Condors have collected a grand total of 44,885 stuffed animals in Teddy Bear Toss history, including the record 7,149 in 2004-05 and 7,026 last season... Last year's standing-room-only crowd of 8,895 was the second-highest attendance in team history, and the largest Condors Teddy Bear Toss crowd ever... Three of the top five attended games in Condors history have been Teddy Bear Toss games... Over the last four seasons, the average Teddy Bear Toss attendance has been 8,664, drawing at least 8,200 fans each year.
All fans in attendance tonight will also receive a free "Condors Top Guns" poster, featuring LW Mark Derlago and F Matt Caruana!

Individual game tickets are on sale and may be purchased through the Rabobank Arena Box Office, which is open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday with extended hours on game days. Tickets may also be purchased by phone at 322- 2525, online at Bakersfieldcondors.com, or at any Ticketmaster location. Season tickets, mini-plans and group outings are available at the Condors office located at 1001 Truxtun Avenue or by calling 324-PUCK (7825).
