Falcons beat Stockton 4-2

STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA - The Fresno Falcons defeated the Stockton Thunder by a score of 4-2 Saturday remaining undefeated against Stockton this season.

The Falcons fell behind 2-0 by the end of the first period. Jarrett Konkle cut the Thunder lead in half scoring the Falcons first goal at 1:55 of the second period on a power play. The Falcons and the Thunder remained at a 2-1 score until 4:14 of the third period when Jarrett Konkle scored his second power play goal of the night to tie the game. The teams remained tied until Kyle Hagel put the Falcons ahead at 13:42 of the third period. Hagel scored his second goal of the night at 20:00 of the third for the final tally.

The Falcons travel to Las Vegas to face the Wranglers in a two game series on Monday, December 1 and Tuesday, December 2, both games starting at 7:30 p.m. The Falcons return to Selland Arena for a three game weekend starting Friday, December 5, 2008.
