Charlotte Checkers (7-8-1) at Augusta Lynx (5-9-2) 7 p.m. ET
- Lynx won 4-3 in overtime at Augusta on Nov. 7 to improve to 35-28-4 all-time against Charlotte.
- Ryan Murphy leads the Checkers against Augusta with four assists and four points in two games.
- Scott Thauwald leads the Lynx against Charlotte with two goals and is tied for the team lead with two points.
- Charlotte's Jeff Jakaitis is 1-0-1 with a goals-against average of 1.97 in two starts against Augusta.

Florida Everblades (12-2-1) at Trenton Devils (4-11-2) 7 p.m. ET
- Rematch of the 2005 Kelly Cup Finals won by Trenton in six games.
- Florida rookie David Leggio is 4-0-0 with two shutouts and a goals-against average of 0.73 in November.
- Gerald Coleman is 1-0-0 with a goals-against average of 0.51 in his first two starts for Trenton.
- Everblades lead the league with five shutouts and a goals-against average of 1.60.

Cincinnati Cyclones (7-7-3) at Johnstown Chiefs (14-4-0) 7:05 p.m. ET
- Chiefs are 10-1-0 when scoring first, including a 7-4 win against Cincinnati at Johnstown on Nov. 12.
- Cyclones' Martin Houle is 3-1-0 with two shootout wins since being acquired from Las Vegas on Nov. 17.
- Johnstown rookie Andrew Sarauer had career highs with four assists and six points on Nov. 12 against Cincinnati.
- Cincinnati's Barret Ehgoetz has a two-game goal streak (2g) and a two-game point streak (2g-1a).

Reading Royals (5-12-1) at Dayton Bombers (10-5-3) 7:30 p.m. ET
- Bombers are 3-1-1 in their last five home games against Reading.
- Royals are 32-19-0 all-time against Dayton.
- Dayton rookie Nino Musitelli has a six-game assist streak (6a) and a six-game point streak (1g-6a).
- Shawn Snider leads the Royals with eight assists and 13 points.

Elmira Jackals (9-5-2) at Wheeling Nailers (10-2-5) 7:35 p.m. ET
- Wheeling's Bryan Ewing and Matt Grenier each scored two goals in 4-1 win at Elmira on Nov. 15.
- Jackals are 3-1-0 on the road and 8-2-0 overall against Wheeling.
- Nailers are 7-1-4 when they score first including a 3-2 shootout win at Dayton on Friday.
- Elmira's Steve Yetman has six points (5g-1a) in his last five games.

South Carolina Stingrays (10-4-2) at Mississippi Sea Wolves (9-7-2) 7 p.m. CT
- Sea Wolves are on season-high three-game winning streak.
- South Carolina's Bobby Goepfert is 4-0-2 with a goals-against average of 2.12.
- Mississippi's Jeremy Duchesne posted his first win of the season making 23 saves on Friday.
- Stingrays are 9-3-1 when they score first.

Victoria Salmon Kings (10-7-2) at Utah Grizzlies (7-8-1) 7:05 p.m. MT
- Salmon Kings have won the last four meetings to improve to 8-2-0 in their last 10 games at Utah.
- Tim Verbeek leads the Grizzlies against Victoria with four goals and is tied for the team lead with five points.
- Victoria's Todd Ford is 2-1-0 with a goals-against average of 2.29 in three starts against Utah.
- Utah defenseman Andy Sertich has a three-game assist streak (3a) and five points (0g-5a) in his last five games.

Las Vegas Wranglers (6-7-2) at Phoenix RoadRunners (9-7-2) 7:05 p.m. MT
- RoadRunners won 7-6 in a shootout on Nov. 18 to improve to 2-0-0 at home and 2-1-0 overall against Las Vegas.
- Tyler Mosienko leads the Wranglers against Phoenix with four assists and six points in three games.
- Ashton Rome leads the RoadRunners against Las Vegas with five goals and five points in three games.
- Las Vegas' Shawn Limpright has six points (1g-5a) in his last four games.

Idaho Steelheads (9-7-2) at Bakersfield Condors (6-8-3) 7 p.m. PT
- Condors are 4-1-2 when leading after the first period and 6-1-2 when leading after two periods.
- Steelheads rookie Matt Climie is 2-0-0 with a goals-against average of 1.51 in his last two starts.
- Idaho's Mark Bomersback has a four-game assist streak (5a) and a four-game point streak (2g-5a).
- Bakersfield's Ryan Nie is 2-1-1 with a save percentage of .921 in his last four games.

Fresno Falcons (11-5-1) at Stockton Thunder (7-8-3) 7:30 p.m. PT
- Falcons have won the first two meetings to improve to 23-6-1 all-time against Stockton.
- Thunder rookie Ryan Huddy has four points (2g-2a) in his last two games and 16 points (7g-9a) in November.
- Fresno's Spencer Carbery has a four-game assist streak (4a) and a four-game point streak (2g-4a).
- Stockton has not led after two periods in six home games.

Premier 'AA' Hockey League Fast Facts
- The ECHL celebrated its 20th Anniversary in 2007-08 and is the third-longest tenured professional hockey league behind only the National Hockey League and the American Hockey League.
- ECHL began in 1988-89 with five teams in four states and has grown to be a coast-to-coast league with 23 teams playing 828 games in 16 states and British Columbia in 2008-09.
- The Reading Royals, the City of Reading and the Sovereign Center will host the 17th Annual ECHL All-Star Game on Jan. 21, 2009 and the 12th Annual All-Star Skills Competition on Jan. 20, 2009.
- The league officially changed its name from East Coast Hockey League to ECHL on May 19, 2003.
- Affiliations with 26 of the 30 teams in the National Hockey League marking 12th consecutive season that the league has had affiliations with at least 20 teams in the NHL.
- 372 former ECHL players have played in NHL.
- 116 have played their first NHL game in the last four seasons.

- ECHL is represented for the eighth consecutive year on the National Hockey League championship team in 2008 by Aaron Downey of the Detroit Red Wings.
- Former ECHL coaches working as head coaches in the NHL are Bruce Boudreau of the Washington Capitals, Scott Gordon of the New York Islanders and Peter Laviolette of the Carolina Hurricanes. Boudreau, who coached Mississippi for three seasons winning the Kelly Cup championship in 1999, was named NHL Coach of the Year in 2007-08 becoming the first former ECHL coach to receive the award. Laviolette, who began his coaching career with the Wheeling Nailers, led Carolina Hurricanes to the Stanley Cup in 2006.
- There are 18 assistant coaches in the NHL who were players or coaches in the ECHL.
- There are 18 former ECHL officials scheduled to work as part of the NHL officiating team in 2008-09 with referees David Banfield, Chris Ciamaga, Ghislain Hebert, Marc Joannette, Mike Leggo, Wes McCauley, Dean Morton, Dan O'Rourke, Brian Pochmara, Kevin Pollock, Kyle Rehman, Chris Rooney, Justin St. Pierre and Ian Walsh and linesmen Steve Barton, Brian Mach, Tim Nowak and Jay Sharrers. Barton, Joannette, Leggo, McCauley, Nowak, Pollock, Rooney and Sharrers all worked the 2008 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
- ECHL has affiliations with 25 of the 29 teams in the American Hockey League and for the past 19 years there has been an ECHL player on the Calder Cup Champion.
- In the last six seasons the ECHL has had more call-ups to the AHL than all other professional leagues combined with over 2,000 call-ups involving more than 1,000 players since 2002-03.
