LHP Tyler Davis's Contract Purchased by Boston Red Sox Organization

June 9, 2026 - WASHINGTON, Pa. - The Washington Wild Things are proud and excited to announce the contract of left-handed pitcher Tyler Davis will be purchased by the Boston Red Sox organization, pending the completion of a physical. Davis is the third Wild Thing to have his contract purchased this week after both infielder Graham Brown and right-handed pitcher had their contracts purchased in May.
