Nailers Announce Details of Future Considerations Trades

June 20, 2026 - WHEELING, WV - The Wheeling Nailers, proud ECHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins, have announced the details of their future considerations trades. Wheeling has received the rights to forward Nick McCarry from the Norfolk Admirals. The Nailers have traded the rights to forward Ryan Mahshie to the Rapid City Rush and the rights to forward Jack Works to the Maine Mariners. June 9, 2026 - WHEELING, WV- The Wheeling Nailers, proud ECHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins, have announced their 2026 Protected List. Florida Wins Eastern Conference Championship

May 30, 2026 - WHEELING, WV- The Wheeling Nailers saw the 2025-26 season come to an end on Saturday night, as the Florida Everblades won the Eastern Conference Championship with a 6-1 win at WesBanco Arena. Anthony Romano led the way for Florida with two goals. Both teams got on the scoreboard once during the first period. Florida's goal came right away at the 37-second mark.
