Elks Announce Seven
December 22, 2025 - EDMONTON - The Edmonton Elks have announced the signings of American quarterback Zach Zebrowski, American wide receivers Justin McGriff, JJ Jones, and Justin Lockhart - along with National wide receivers Kolby Hurford and Jackson Tachinski, and National offensive lineman Domenico Piazza.

Oil Kings Fall to Hurricanes in Overtime
December 17, 2025 - Lethbridge, Alta. - The Edmonton Oil Kings dropped a 3-2 decision in overtime to the Lethbridge Hurricanes on Tuesday as they conclude their pre-Christmas schedule.
Edmonton outshot the Hurricanes in the contest, and led 2-1 until late in the third. Miroslav Holinka scored the first Oil Kings goal in the second period as he finished off a nice pass from Lukas Sawchyn to give Edmonton the 1-0 lead.

Oil Kings Recall Williams and Marsh from AJHL Clubs
December 16, 2025 - Edmonton, Alta. - The Edmonton Oil Kings announced today that they have recalled forwards Matt Williams and Jensen Marsh ahead of tonight's game in Lethbridge.
Williams, a 2008-born forward has been playing with the Whitecourt Wolverines of the AJHL and currently has five points in 19 AJHL games this season. The Leduc, Alta. product has played five games with the Oil Kings this season, earning one assist and a +2 rating.

Oil Kings Play Last Game Before Christmas Break in Lehtbridge
December 16, 2025 - Edmonton, Alta. - The Edmonton Oil Kings wrap up their pre-Chirstmas schedule tonight as they visit the Lethbridge Hurricanes.
The Oil Kings are coming off a 4-2 loss to Brandon on Sunday afternoon in Edmonton, but are still 21-7-2-1 on the season, sitting second in the Central Division and third in the Eastern Conference. Edmonton will also look to improve their road record on the season from their current 12-5-0-0 line as the take on the Hurricanes.
