October 15, 2016 - Kearney, Neb. - The Lincoln Stars fell, 4-3, to the Tri-City Storm in a game that featured three lead changes and 13 power plays. The loss dropped the Stars to 4-4-0 this season. Tri-City took an early 2-0 lead with goals from defenseman Philip Alftberg before the halfway mark of the first period. October 14, 2016 - Lincoln, Neb. - Cayden Primeau made 20 saves in the Lincoln Stars 1-0 win against the Des Moines Buccaneers on Friday in the Ice Box. Kyle Kawamura's first USHL goal at 2:26 of the third period was the game-winner and pushed the Stars to 4-3-0 this season. Neither team could establish a lead through the first 40 minutes despite scoring chances and power plays on both ends of the ice.
