July 3, 2026 - The Charlottetown Islanders are proud to announce that Director of Communications Cam Kinley has accepted a position with the NHL's Vancouver Canucks.
Since joining the organization, Kinley has overseen the club's communications, media relations and digital content, helping grow the Islanders' brand while sharing the stories of the team and community.
His move to the NHL reflects the Islanders' commitment to developing not only players and coaches, but staff as well.

July 2, 2026 - Charlottetown Islanders' President & General Manager, Scott Harris, has announced that American-born goaltender Vincenzo D'Urso and forward Teddy Farren have been invited to attend the club's 2026 Training Camp this fall.
D'Urso, 18, joins the Islanders after an outstanding season with Tabor Academy in the USHS-Prep league. The Andover, Massachusetts native posted a .940 save percentage while compiling a 20-8 record, establishing himself as one of the top goaltenders in the prep ranks. July 2, 2026 - Following the NHL Draft in Buffalo this past weekend, where 20 QMJHL players were selected-the league's highest total since 2021-an additional 21 skaters have now earned invitations to NHL development camps, which are currently taking place across the league.
The Cape Breton Eagles and Gatineau Olympiques lead the way with three invitees each.
