Cats Look to Carry Momentum into Saturday's Game 2

April 11, 2026 - The Wildcats returned to the ice after bit of a lull - earning a break after their 1st Rd sweep of the Sea Dogs. It took a Foreurs early goal and about 7 minutes for them to get back to business. The Cats evened things up midway thru prd1 then took over and powered their way to an 8-1 victory. Wildcats Blast Foreurs, 8-1, in Rd 2 Series Opener

April 10, 2026 - The QMJHL quarterfinals opened in Moncton Friday night and the defending champion Wildcats showed no effects of their extended layoff - bombing the Val D'Or Foreurs 8-1 before 4,600 fans at Avenir Centre. The Wildcats had a 9-day break after sweeping the Saint John Sea Dogs. Teddy Mutryn scored twice and added two assists for a big 4-point game. April 9, 2026 - BOISBRIAND, QC - The Newfoundland Regiment snatched game one of their first round series versus the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada with an impressive 4-1 road win on Thursday night at the Centre d'Excellence Sports Rousseau. Louis-François Bélanger opened the scoring in the first two minutes of the game as he made no mistake on an early breakaway to put Newfoundland ahead 1-0.
