June 13, 2025 - The Moncton Wildcats are thrilled to announce goaltender Rudy Guimond will be returning to the 2025 Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) championship team for the 2025-2026 season as a 20-year-old. The Pointe-Claire, Quebec native, Guimond had a standout season between the pipes. During the 2024-2025 regular season, he went 16-0 with an impressive 1.73 goals against average (GAA), a .940 save percentage, three shutouts, and established a new CHL record for consecutive wins with 24 to start a career. Wildcats Busy Before 2025 Draft in Quebec City

June 5, 2025 - The Moncton Wildcats have been busy since the start of the QMJHL trading period, presented by Subaru of Moncton, on June 3. GM Taylor MacDougall is making moves to stock the cupboards with draft picks for this weekend. The Cats currently hold 9 picks and are set to welcome a new group of young men into the Wildcats family. Round 1 of the 2025 QMJHL Draft will go Friday night at the Centre Videotron in Quebec City. Jacoby Weiner Commits to the Moncton Wildcats

June 5, 2025 - The defending Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) champion Moncton Wildcats' roster reload continues as the team has received a commitment from touted goaltending prospect Jacoby Weiner. The 6'4" prospect was drafted by the Wildcats in the 7th round of the 2024 Entry Draft. Weiner split the 2024-2025 season with Kent Prep School and the U16 Mid Fairfield Rangers. June 4, 2025 - The Moncton Wildcats are proud to announce that Caleb Desnoyers has been named the 39th captain in Moncton Wildcats history for 2025-2026, 30th anniversary season.
