July 26, 2025 - Led by London Knights head coach Dale Hunter, Hockey Canada has confirmed the coaching and support staffs that will represent Canada at the 2026 IIHF World Junior Championship in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota this December.

July 21, 2025 - Gardiner MacDougall was happy to accept the trophy as the Canadian Hockey League coach of the year for his work with the Moncton Wildcats this past season. But he didn't do it alone.
"It's the coach of the year...I think it should be the staff of the year," MacDougall told the assembled media after being presented with the award. "I was so fortunate to have so many great staff members. We got some great people and great hockey people."

A first-round pick of the Mooseheads in 2020, 14th overall, Vidicek spent four seasons in Halifax before being traded to Moncton in the summer of 2024.
