- A third period goal from Marek Danicek, his second point of the night, helped secure a 4-2 victory for the Newfoundland Regiment on Tuesday night at Centre 200. With the win, the Regiment take a 2-1 lead in the best of seven first round playoff series.

March 31, 2026 - After earning a split in the first two games in Newfoundland, the Cape Breton Eagles look to close out the month of March by retaking the lead in the best of seven opening round playoff series against the Regiment.
Following a 3-2 win in game one, an Eagle rally fell game short in game two: after going behind 3-0, the Eagles closed the gap to 3-2 before a three goal third period gave the Regiment a 6-2 victory. - Two goal games from Justin Larose & Blake Pilgrim-Edwards and a four assist night from Alexis Michaud helped the Newfoundland Regiment to a 6-2 victory over the Cape Breton Eagles on Friday night in St. John's. The opening round series is now tied at 1.
- Raoul Boilard scored and added an assist for the Eagles, while Reece Peitzsche scored a five minute major power play for the Eagles.
