The Eagles are looking for their first win of the road trip after a pair of 4-2 losses to start the journey- a 4-2 loss in Chicoutimi on Friday and a 4-2 defeat in Québec on Saturday. - A two goal performance from Nathan Quinn helped the Québec Remparts to a 4-2 victory over the Cape Breton Eagles on Saturday in Québec City.
- Elias Schneider & Liam Lefebvre scored for the Eagles.
- Patrick Déniger stopped 32 of 34 shots in the win, while Lucas Beckman stopped 30 of 33 shots in addition to an empty goal.

October 10, 2026 - Game Two of a three-game Quebec trip provides a big test as the Cape Breton Eagles take on the #2-ranked team in the CHL, the Québec Remparts.
The Eagles had plenty of chances in the opening game of the trip, outshooting the Chicoutimi Saguenéens 50-20 but falling 4-2. Reece Peitzsche collected two points for the Eagles, while Jacob Hartlin also hit the back of the net.
