January 19, 2025 - NOTES FROM THE GAME - Jonathan Fauchon scored the shootout winner as the Rimouski Océanic topped the Cape Breton Eagles 6-5 on Sunday afternoon in Rimouski. The loss concludes a 2-0-1 road trip for the Eagles this week in Quebec. January 19, 2025 - The Cape Breton Eagles will look to complete a perfect road trip in the province of Quebec this afternoon as they take on the Memorial Cup host Rimouski Océanic. It was a daunting schedule this week for the Eagles with three road games against three teams ranked in the top half of the league, but so far, the Eagles have risen to the task. Eagles Top Sherbrooke in Shootout for Second Straight Road Win

January 17, 2025 - NOTES FROM THE GAME - Alexandre Guy's goal in the fourth round of the shootout was the winner as the Cape Breton Eagles topped the Sherbrooke 2-1 Friday night in Sherbrooke. - Sherbrooke's Florent Houle opened the scoring in the first period, while Romain Litalien tied the game with a power play marker in the second period. - Alexis Cournoyer stopped 31 of 32 shots in the win, in addition to two saves on four shots in the shootout. Eagles Continue Road Trip with Visit to Sherbrooke

January 17, 2025 - The Cape Breton Eagles road trip continues tonight in Sherbooke as for the first time this season the Eagles match up against the Phoenix. The trip got off to a successful start last night with a 3-1 victory over Drummondville. Cam Squires scored an added an assist, while Andrew Brown chipped in two assists on the blueline and Jakub Milota stopped 38 of 39 shots in goal.
