Bakersfield Condors News Release
On Tuesday, January 31st, the Condors host the Alaska Aces as WB-TV 12 and 106.1 KRAB Radio present Student ID Night at 7:00pm. By showing a valid college or high school ID at the Rabobank Arena box office, students will receive a lower-level ticket to the game for only $1, subject to availability. The Aces, the Condors opponent that night, have the best record in the entire ECHL at 32-6-3.
On Friday, February 3rd, KGET-TV 17 and Rio Bravo Country Club present the return of the ZOOperstars. These giant inflatable mascots are animal spin-offs of famous sports figures. Scheduled to appear are Roger Clamens, Yao Flamingo, Mia Hammster, LeBronco James, Peyton Manatee and Nolan Rhino. The Condors will look to gain ground on their opponent, the San Diego Gulls, as the Gulls sit six points ahead of the Condors in the Pacific Division.
On Saturday, February 4th, join the Condors when they host the Las Vegas Wranglers for 93.1 Pirate Radio and Carl's Jr. Condors Playing Card Giveaway and Poker Night. The first 2,000 fans will receive a deck of 52 playing cards. The back of each card features action photos of Condors Captain Sean Venedam, Mike Hofstrand and Scott Basiuk. The Condors are looking to double up with a win over Las Vegas, who has the 2nd best record in the league.
Following Tuesday's game, goalie Ryan Munce and forward Dave Bonk will be signing autographs behind section 108 at the Holiday Inn Select Autograph Booth. After the game on Friday visit Captain Sean Venedam and goalie Marty Magers at the Autograph Booth. On Saturday stop by to see Nick Economakos and Condors All-Star Scott Basiuk.
The Condors will finish the weekend with their first trip to Stockton on Sunday, February 5th with a special 12pm game time.
Come see the Coach's Show live on Thursday, February 2nd, at the Holiday Inn Select's Q Street Lounge. Join the "Voice of the Condors" Devin Rossiter, Condors Head Coach Marty Raymond and various players from 6pm to 7pm. The Coach's Show can also be heard on KGEO AM 1230. The Holiday Inn Select is located at 801 Truxtun Avenue.

Individual game tickets are now on sale and may be purchased through the Rabobank Arena box office, which is open 10am - 6pm Monday through Friday and 10am - 4pm on Saturdays with extended hours on game days. Tickets may also be purchased by phone at 322-2525, online at www.bakersfieldcondors.com, or at any Ticketmaster location.
All games, home and away, can be seen online through B2 Networks, accessible via www.bakersfieldcondors.com, and can be heard live on KGEO Hot Talk AM 1230 with "Condors Countdown" starting 15 minutes prior to face off.
