
Worcester Sharks Host Houston Aeros On New Years Eve

WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks President and CEO Michael T. Lehr announced today that the Worcester Sharks will host several promotions when the Sharks host the Houston Aeros at the DCU Center on New Years Eve at 7:35p.m at the DCU Center. Pablo from the Backyardigans, presented by Charter Communications, will join Sharks fans ringing in the New Year on "Dollar Dog Wednesday."
The Sharks game vs. the Houston Aeros on December 31st is one of the many family oriented events during First Night Worcester. All fans 12-and-under will receive free admission to the Sharks game with a Worcester First Night button. Families may also purchase the Family Fun Pack; one ticket, one hot dog, and one soda cost just $15.25 each when buying a minimum of four tickets. As with every Wednesday night game, hot dogs will cost just $1.00.
Join Pablo from the Backyardigans presented by Charter Communications as the Sharks host the Aeros in game two of a season long seven game home stand. Worcester is home all weekend long to kick-off 2009 in style with a promotions packed weekend! The Sharks host the Norfolk Admirals on Friday, the Devils on Saturday, and the Hershey Bears on Sunday.
