B-Sens Team with MDA for its Fifth Annual Spaghetti on Ice

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators will team with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) for the fifth annual Spaghetti On Ice event on Monday, Jan. 12 at 6:05 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Arena. B-Sens players will spend the evening serving spaghetti dinners to patrons, competing for tips and socializing with guests at the event.

To date, the event has generated more than $33,000 to benefit the MDA, including a record $10,097 last year.

Tickets for the unique event are now on sale at the MDA's Binghamton office at 1249 Upper Front Street in Binghamton and at the B-Sens office on the third floor of the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena. Tickets are $16 for single tickets and $60 for a family-four pack. Children age five and under enter free at the door.

The Muscular Dystrophy Association is a voluntary health agency - a dedicated partnership between scientists and concerned citizens aimed at conquering neuromuscular diseases that affect more than a million Americans. MDA combats neuromuscular diseases through programs of worldwide research, comprehensive medical and community services, and far-reaching professional and public health education.
