Portland, Maine - Ring in the New Year with the Portland Pirates and the Cumberland County Civic Center at their annual Kids' New Years game, presented by WJBQ, on Wednesday, December 31. Main Deck and Quarter Deck youth tickets for this special 5:30 p.m. game against the Norfolk Admirals can be purchased in advance for a discounted price of $8.
U.S. Cellular will be giving away 4" Glow Sticks to the first 3,500 fans in attendance and sponsor an indoor fireworks display, the largest of its kind in New England, after the game. Come celebrate with the Pirates and usher in 2009 with your favorite hockey team!
