Wolf Pack Enhance On-Line Ticket Purchasing Process

HARTFORD, November 27, 2013: Global Spectrum, operators of the XL Center and Hartford Wolf Pack, today unveiled a new interactive seating map on the Hartford Wolf Pack website to enhance the customer ticket purchasing experience.

"We listened to what fans have said about their on-line purchasing experience and we made some changes," said Global Spectrum's Chris Lawrence, General Manager of the XL Center. "We have simplified the process and made the seat-selection experience exciting."

Through the interactive seating map at www.hartfordwolfpack.com, customers can now select their exact seat when buying on-line. To take advantage of the convenience of purchasing Wolf Pack tickets on-line, fans should go to the "Tickets" tab at www.hartfordwolfpack.com and select "Single Tickets." Then, customers click on "Buy Tickets" next to the game(s) they would like to attend. A "Pick Your Own Seats" option will then appear on the individual game date order page, allowing access to the interactive map.

The Wolf Pack's next home game is tonight, as they host the Portland Pirates at the XL Center at 7:00 PM, and that game features a tribute to "Movember". The first 1,000 fans into the game receive a free Movember "mustache" T-shirt, featuring Sonar, the Wolf Pack's beloved mascot, proudly showing off his Movember "'stache." Also, the proceeds from Wednesday's "Chuck-a-Puck" promotion will be donated to Gaylord Hospital of Wallingford, CT, for its men's health efforts.

The Wolf Pack are also home this Saturday, November 30, taking on the Manchester Monarchs at 7 p.m. The first 3,000 fans into that game will take home a free Wolf Pack ski cap, courtesy of Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over.

Tickets for all Wolf Pack 2013-14 home games are available at the Public Power Ticket Office at the XL Center, by phone at (877) 522-8499 or at www.hartfordwolfpack.com.
