University School, Arrowhead To Meet In RBC Shootout Finals

Milwaukee, WI-University School of Milwaukee defeated top seeded Cedarberg and Hartland Arrowhead topped Germantown to advance to the Championship Game of the RBC Wealth Management Shootout Tuesday afternoon at the Bradley Center. The contest will be a rematch of last year's title game.

University School topped Cedarburg 3-2 in the first game of the day. Wildcats senior forward Alex Tesensky broke a 2-2 tie with a goal at 14:32 of the third period. Tesensky and Simon Leahy each finished the game with a goal and an assist for University School.

In the second semifinal of the day, Arrowhead notched a 5-1 victory over the Ice Bears. Arrowhead's Brian Berger scored twice in 43 seconds in the first period on his way to a three point night (2g-1a) to pace the team's offense. Nick Szalacinski also added three points (1g-2a) for Warhawks.

In the consolation bracket, Marquette University High School posted an 11-1 win over Whitefish Bay-Nicolet-Shorewood (WNS), and Mequon Homestead took a 4-3 victory over Brookfield.

Arrowhead and University School will face-off in the Championship game on Tuesday, December 29th at 2:40 pm at the Bradley Center. Brookfield and Marquette will hit the ice at 12:00 pm in the third place game. In the consolation bracket, Marquette High will take on Homestead at 1:00 pm at Wilson Park, while WNS will battle Brookfield at 11 am. All games for the RBC Wealth Management Shoot out are free and open to the public.

The Admirals will host the Rockford IceHogs Tuesday night at 7:00 pm at the Bradley Center.
