Maxime Tanguay Reassigned To Toledo

Rockford, Ill.- Chicago Blackhawks General Manager of Minor League Affiliations Mark Bernard announced on Monday that center Maxime Tanguay has been returned on loan from the American Hockey League's Rockford IceHogs to the Toledo Walleye of the ECHL.
Tanguay, 21, was held without a point in one game with the IceHogs on his most recent recall. In four games with Rockford, the Lac Etchemin, Quebec native has one assist and is -1.
With the Walleye, Tanguay leads the team in scoring with 11 goals and 19 assists in 26 games including six points (2g-4a) in his last two games.
Next Home Game: Thursday, Dec. 31 vs. Houston Aeros. Game time is 7:05 p.m. Celebrate the New Year as the Rockford IceHogs take on the Houston Aeros for the first time at the Rockford MetroCentre. The IceHogs will be giving away five pairs of Chicago Blackhawks suite tickets to the Blackhawks game on Sunday, Jan. 10 at the United Center. Don't forget your skates as the IceHogs will host a postgame skate on the MetroCentre's ice and fans can watch the ball drop from New York City at 11 p.m. on the big screen.
