SAN ANTONIO (November 4, 2011) - The San Antonio Rampage encourage kids to "Try Hockey For Free" this Saturday from 3:30-5 p.m. at the AT&T Center as part of USA Hockey and the NHL's "Come Play Hockey Month" in November . The event is designed for children ages 4-16 to experience ice hockey for the first time and learn the basics of the sport in a fun, safe environment.

The Rampage and Jr. Rampage have teamed up to provide the experience to children in the San Antonio area who have an interest in the sport and want to learn more about hockey. Participants must bring their own helmets and gloves; skates will be provided for those who do not have their own pair.

To register for the Try Hockey for Free event, please visit http://www.tryhockeyforfree.com/ or contact Amy Fritz at 210.488.8970.
