OVERVIEW

The Houston Aeros (7-1-0-3, 17 pts.) continue a run of three games in four days with a matchup at Hamilton for a rematch of the 2011 Western Conference finals. Last night the Aeros upended the Lake Erie Monsters 5-3. The win was the fourth in five games for the Aeros, extended the team's point streak to seven games (5-0-0-2) and allowed Houston to take over the top spot in the American Hockey League with 17 points.
