Syracuse Chiefs to Host Pregnancy Night on Saturday

September 1, 2015 - International League (IL1)
Syracuse Mets News Release

The Syracuse Chiefs are excited to welcome expectant mothers to NBT Bank Stadium on Saturday, September 5th for Pregnancy Night sponsored by Crouse Hospital and NewsChannel 9. All pregnant women will get free entry to the 7:05 p.m. game against Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

"We're looking forward to a great Labor Day weekend here at the Syracuse Chiefs", said general manager Jason Smorol. "We want to make Saturday a fun day for some future mothers and give their soon-to-be child memories for a lifetime!"

The first 1,000 fans on this final Super Saturday will receive a blue or pink mini bat sponsored by Crouse Hospital. Craving stations will be set up around the ballpark, and in-game entertainment will be pregnancy-themed. In addition, if an expectant mother goes into labor during the game, her child will get a free birthday party every year of his or her life with the Chiefs.

As with every summer Super Saturday, fans can stay after the final out for a spectacular postgame fireworks display. The 50/50 raffle will benefit the Crouse Baker NICU Little Fighters club.

Tickets for this Super Saturday, presented by Crouse Hospital and NewsChannel 9, and all other Chiefs games are available online at syracusechiefs.com, by calling 474-7833, or in person at the stadium ticket office.
