SHANE RETURNS ON WEDNESDAY:OF Shane Victorino concludes his two-game MLB Rehab Assignment with Portland on Wednesday night, as the 'Dogs continue their four-game series with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Blue Jays affiliate)...Victorino became the 36th MLB Rehab Assignment in franchise history when he played with the Sea Dogs on May 8th...Ryan Hanigan completed a 3-game MLB Rehab Assignment to start the homestand, going 2-for-8, double and three walks...RHP Luis Diaz makes his 15th start of the season.

FISHER CATS HOLD ON: Portland fell behind 6-0 after 4 1/2 innings, scored four in the fifth, but suffered a 7-4 loss to New Hampshire in the series opener...Fisher Cats' pitchers retired the final 14 batters faced...Victorino had Portland's last hit, picking up a bloop-RBI double off winning pitcher Joel Pineiro (4-2)...Victorino scored from second base on a two-RBI sacrifice fly from Carlos Asuaje...K.C. Hobson gave the 'Cats a 4-0 lead, blasting a grand slam off losing pitcher Justin Haley (2-9) in the fourth...Mike McCarthy worked four innings of relief, giving up one run on four hits.
