THIS WEEK'S GAMES
Tuesday, Nov. 21 vs. Houston Aeros @ AT&T Center-7:00 p.m.
The Rampage face their Texas rival Houston Aeros for the third of 12 contests ... The Rampage claimed the last game at home with a 5-4 shootout victory over the Aeros on Oct. 15 where Yanick Lehoux had a four-point night with a goal and three assists and Don MacLean drew two goals ... The Rampage hold a 10-9-5-1 advantage over the Aeros at home.
Friday, Nov. 24 vs. Houston Aeros @ Toyota Center-7:35 p.m.
This will conclude their third meeting in a week's span ... The Aeros claimed the last game with a 4-1 victory Nov. 17at the Toyota Center to even the season series at 1-1... Including last season, the Rampage have won three of their last five regular season meetings ... The next time these two teams will meet will be Dec. 14.
Saturday, Nov. 25 vs. Grand Rapids Griffins @ AT&T Center-7:00 p.m.
The Rampage opened up the season against Grand Rapids and claimed their first win of the season ... The win was a 5-4 victory to kick off the four-game season series ... The Rampage have a 5-10-2-0 record at home against the Griffins and a 10-17-4-0 overall ... The Rampage will travel to Grand Rapids during their rodeo road trip in February to conclude the season series. SHOTS FROM THE POINT
TOTALLY TORDJMAN: Josh Tordjman claimed his first AHL win in his second AHL game Saturday when he stopped 26 shots allowing only one goal. The rookie made his AHL debut Friday night in Houston and had 20 saves. He was called up from the Phoenix RoadRunners, the Rampage's primary ECHL affiliate, on Nov. 14.
SWEET REVENGE: The Rampage tallied their third consecutive victory at home on Saturday with a 3-1 win over the Hartford Wolf Pack. The Rampage suffered a 9-3 loss to the Wolf Pack a week before but came back to settle the scores. Yanick Lehoux posted two goals and Bill Thomas registered an empty net goal while Keith Yandle, Pascal Rheaume, Travis Roche and Joe Callahan recorded assists.
ICE CHIPS
IN THE BOX WITH KEITH YANDLE: This Rampage defenseman is in his first professional season and has already collected two assists in eight NHL games. He was Phoenix's third choice, 105th overall, in the fourth round of the 2005 NHL entry level draft. The Boston native has tallied five assists in his first seven AHL games with the Rampage. He is notorious for sleeping late and loves to golf. His first job was delivering newspapers and has never owned a car.
UPCOMING PROMOTIONS
POST-GAME SKATE-Nov. 25: There will be a post-game skate with Rampage players this Saturday against the Grand Rapids Griffins at 7 p.m. Fans can purchase skates for $5 and will have a chance to get autographs and pictures.
