Nashville, Tenn.-Nashville Predators Executive Vice President/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled defenseman Kevin Klein from the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League.

Klein has two goals and 21 penalty minutes in 12 games with Milwaukee this season. The 6-1, 195-pound defenseman had one assist in four preseason games with Nashville this season and appeared in two contests with the Predators in 2005-06. The Kitchener, Ont. native led Admirals' defensemen in scoring (10g-33a-43pt) and ranked 13th among AHL backliners in points last season. Klein was originally Nashville's third choice, 37th overall (second round), in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft.
