Cavosie, who played his college hockey at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (R.P.I.), was a member of the 2003 Houston Aeros' team that won the American Hockey League's Calder Cup. A seventh round pick of the Colorado Avalanche in 2003, Hemingway played four seasons at the University of New Hampshire, where he scored 61 goals and picked up 73 assists (134 points) in 150 games. While at UNH, Hemingway was named to the Hockey East All-Rookie Team in his freshman year, and was honored with the Charles E.
