Reading's Borzecki Suspended Five Games

PRINCETON, N.J. – The ECHL announced on Monday that it has suspended Reading defenseman Adam Borzecki for five games as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #960 against Atlantic City on April 1.

At 1:28 of the second period, Borzecki was assessed a game misconduct under Rule 53(b) – Elbowing.

Borzecki is suspended five games under Rule 33A Supplemental Discipline.

Borzecki will miss Reading's games vs. Peoria (Apr. 5), vs. Toledo (Apr. 7), at Atlantic City (Apr. 8) and at Wheeling (Apr. 9). He will also miss Reading's first game in the North Division Semifinals of the 2005 Kelly Cup Playoffs.
