Quad Cities River Bandits News Release

The Swing of the Quad Cities have announced that the May 11th game, in which the Swing were rained out in Wisconsin will be made-up on Thursday, June 15, as part of doubleheader scheduled to take place at 5:30 at John O'Donnell Stadium.

The rain out in Wisconsin was one of several Midwest League games cancelled that week due to severe weather in the Midwest. Quad Cities managed to take two-of-three games from Wisconsin in their last meeting.

The conclusion of the five-game series between Quad Cities and Wisconsin will take place at 2:00 on Father's Day, Sunday, June 18. To celebrate Father's Day and Genesis Employee Day, two fans will receive an opportunity to take on a Swing player in a golf chipping contest for a chance to win tickets to the TPC John Deere Classic. After the game, fathers are invited to bring their children onto the field for a game of catch.

Tickets may be purchased online at www.swingbaseball.com, by calling (563) 328-2000 or at the ticket office at John O'Donnell Stadium.

NEXT HOMESTAND: After the series with Cedar Rapids the Swing will travel to Southwest Michigan for a four-game series, before returning to the Quad Cities for five games against the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers on Thursday, June 15.
