Raiders Announce 2011-2012 Schedule

Prince Albert SK- The Prince Albert Raiders 2011-2012 Western Hockey League regular season schedule was released today in Calgary, Alberta.

The Prince Albert Raiders open the season with a home and home series against the Saskatoon Blades starting on Friday, September 23rd at the Credit Union Centre, and concluding at the Art Hauser Centre on Saturday, September 24th for their annual 900 CKBI home opener.

The Raiders make their American Division road trip this season starting in Seattle on Friday, October 7th and ending in Spokane on Friday, October 14th. They make a stop in Cranbrook to take on the Ice Saturday, October 15th before returning to the AHC on Friday October 21st, to play their first home game in 17 days against the Swift Current Broncos.

Of their 36 home games, the Raiders play 21 of them on weekends including 12 on Friday, 8 on Saturday, and 1 on Sunday. 9 of the 15 remaining games will be played on Wednesday, 4 on Tuesday and 2 on Thursday.
