Phantoms Add Brendan Connolly

The Adironack Phantoms have announced they have added center Brendan Connolly from the Greenville (SC) Road Warriors (ECHL). The 5'7" center is in his third season of professional hockey which he has spent entirely in the ECHL. This will be the first AHL action of his career.

The Canmore, Alberta native has been doing well with Greenville this season having already set personal career highs with 13 goals and 27 points in just 23 games. Last year with Elmira (ECHL) he had 12 goals and 26 points in 55 games.

Connolly, 25, signed with Elmira as a free agent out of Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan of the CCHA. He scored 35 goals and 81 points in his four year career for the Bulldogs.

Connolly will be wearing uniform number 24 with the Phantoms.

Adirondack is on the road Friday night at the Syracuse Crunch at 7:30.

Adirondack's next home is Saturday, December 11 against the Portland Pirates featuring the team's first annual Teddy Bear Toss. Fans get to bring their teddy bear donations for the Salvation Army to the game and throw them on the ice after the Phantoms score their first goal.
