Houston's Casey Wellman scored with 17.4 sec- onds left in overtime to give the Aeros a 2-1 win. The Aeros' Matt Hackett won his second straight start against the Barons by stopping 40 of 41 shots. The Barons' Colin McDonald collected OKC's goal 2:19 into the second period.

Trailing 3-0 early in the second period, the Barons scored 4 unanswered goals to win 4-3. Brad Moran scored OKC's fi rst 3 goals, including the tying goal at 15:36 of the third. Linus Omark produced the winner at 18:37, converting a 2-1 with Liam Reddox. Martin Gerber (24 saves) earned the win.

NOTABLE:
- Center Brad Moran single-handedly overcame a 3-0 defi cit with the league's second hat trick of the season in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Lake Erie Monsters at the Cox Convention Center. Mo- ran scored at 11:25 and 15:37 of the second period before tying the game at 15:36 of the third. Linus Omark put home the winner at 18:37, securing fi rst win in Barons history. Moran added 2 assists on Sunday at Houston for a 5-point weekend spanning 3 games.
- Oklahoma City set the AHL high so far this season for goals in a game in an 8-2 win in the team's fi rst road game on Sunday at Houston. The 6-goal winning margin matched the league's largest to date. OKC's combined 15 assists and 23 scoring points were league bests. Defenseman Shawn Belle recorded 4 assists, matching the league high in 2010-11.
- The Barons' afternoon game in Hamilton this Sunday will be the second of a 10-game package of televised AHL games involving affi liates of Canadian-based NHL teams. The national telecasts air on CBC in Canada and The NHL Network in the United States. It's the Barons' lone visit to Hamilton this season. Game time is 1 pm ET, noon central.
