TEAM NOTEBOOK
- Norfolk's 1-0 shutout at Hershey on November 26th was the team's first shutout since a 4-0 win over Bridgeport March 30, 2005. It was also the Admirals' first 1-0 decision since a win at Bridgeport December 1, 2004.
- Saturday's game was just the third this season in which the Admirals have been outshot (Norfolk 22 shots, Hershey 30 shots). All three have occurred on the road, and Norfolk is 2-0-1-0 when being outshot this year.
- The Admirals have strung together consecutive wins just once this season (1-6-0-0 in games following a victory). Conversely, they have lost consecutive games just three times following a regulation loss (7-1-1-1).
- All but three of Norfolk's games have been played on a Friday or Saturday this season. The seventh day of the week has been kinder, as the Ads are 4-3-1-0 on Saturdays, but just 2-6-0-1 Fridays.
- Carl Corazzini is the only Norfolk skater without any penalty minutes this season. He has no PIM in 15 games played.
- Today, Carl Corazzini was released from his PTO and signed to an AHL Standard Player's Contract today.
