Norfolk Admirals News Release
NORFOLK, VA - Norfolk played five games over a six-day span last week as the Admirals neared the close of their 11-game road trip. The team defeated Manchester 3-2 on February 28th behind a pair of Matt Keith tallies. In a wild affair at Hartford on March 1st, the Wolf Pack came from behind to beat Norfolk 7-6 in overtime. The Admirals avenged a loss to Portland five days earlier by downing the Pirates 4-3 on March 3rd. The next day, Lowell scored four times in the opening period en route to a 5-3 win over the Ads. Despite firing 41 shots on net, Norfolk managed to get just one past Wade Dubielewicz as they fell to Bridgeport 2-1 in overtime on March 5th.
