Nashville Recalls Fiddler

Nashville Predators Executive Vice President/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled forward Vernon Fiddler from the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League and reassigned forward Scottie Upshall to Milwaukee.

Fiddler, 23 (5/9/80), appeared in three games with Nashville to open the 2003-04 season before being reassigned to Milwaukee on October 22. The 5-11, 195-pound center has posted two goals, one assist (2g-1a-3pts) and 11 penalty minutes in seven games with the Admirals.

Upshall, 20 (10/7/83), tallied one assist in four games with the Predators. The Fort McMurray, Alta. native opened the season with two goals and two assists (2g-2a-4pts) in four games with Milwaukee.

The Admirals, who have won three consecutive games and are unbeaten in four straight, return to the Bradley Center on Friday night at 7:00 p.m. against the Grand Rapids Griffins.
