SPRINGFIELD, MA ... In three games last week, Bryzgalov posted three wins, stopping 59 of 61 shots and keeping the Mighty Ducks in the hunt for the top spot in the West Division.
Bryzgalov opened the week with a 16-save effort against Grand Rapids as Cincinnati earned a 4-1 victory on Wednesday night, the Mighty Ducks' first-ever win at Van Andel Arena. On Friday, he stopped 14 of 15 shots in a 3-1 win over Rochester, and on Saturday, Bryzgalov recorded his second shutout of the season, making 29 saves in a 3-0 win over Toronto.
