Nailers to Host Annual Pink in the Rink Game

WHEELING, WV- The Wheeling Nailers, proud ECHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Montreal Canadiens, along with OVMC/EORH, Ogden Newspapers, and WTOV 9 announce the return of Pink in the Rink.
On Saturday, February 28th, the Nailers will go pink for the 2014-15 Pink in the Rink Game at 7:35 against the Greenville Road Warriors.
The evening will begin with a Pregame Wine Tasting and Hockey 101 Session from 6:00-7:00 in the West Meeting Room. Every fan who attends that session will receive a free Nailers Wine Glass, appetizers from Generations Club, a crash course on hockey, and a goodie bag.
The first 1,000 fans in attendance that night will also receive a free pink rally towel, courtesy of Ohio Valley Medical Center. Prior to the game, the Nailers will recognize breast cancer survivors in attendance, while in-game breaks will be centered around the fight against breast cancer.
On the ice, the Nailers will wear special jerseys, which will have a black base and pink trim, and will be available via purchase or auction during and after the game. Pink t-shirts, pink pucks, and mystery pucks will also be available for purchase that evening.

Friday, February 13th is Swipe Right Night on Valentine's Eve at 7:35 against Reading, as the Nailers invite all singles to the game to hopefully find their match. That evening will also be a Flat Screen Friday, Frosty Friday, and Player Poster Giveaway.
Other highlight games in February are a President's Day Matinee at 1:05 on Monday the 16th, Wing Fest on the 27th, and Pink in the Rink on the 28th.
