Morin and Broadhurst Back to Rockford

Chicago, Ill. - The Chicago Blackhawks announced on Thursday that they have reassigned forwards Jeremy Morin and Alex Broadhurst to the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League.

Morin, 22, has earned two assists in five games this season with the Blackhawks. Prior to his recall on Oct. 25, the Auburn, N.Y., native had posted eight points (4g, 4a) in eight games with Rockford.

Broadhurst, 20, has recorded 11 points (4g, 7a) in 16 games during his first professional season in Rockford. He shares second on the team in points and goals, and ranks third in assists. The New Lenox, Ill., native has recorded a season-high two points twice (Oct. 11 at Lake Erie and Oct. 27 vs. Texas).
