Crunch Sign Defenseman Jordan Henry to PTO

Syracuse, NY - The Syracuse Crunch signed defenseman Jordan Henry to a professional tryout contract, Crunch General Manager Julien BriseBois announced today.

Henry, 27, has played in 13 games with the ECHL's Florida Everblades this season; recording nine points (1g, 8a). The Milo, Alberta native is a veteran of 282 AHL games, in which he's recorded 68 career points (22g, 46a) with Rochester, Abbotsford, Chicago and Oklahoma City. Henry earned 15 points (3g, 12a) in 34 career ECHL games with Florida and Stockton. Before turning pro the 6-foot-2, 198-pound blueliner played in 270 WHL contests with the Red Deer Rebels and Moose Jaw Warriors.

Henry is expected to be available when the Crunch host the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins tonight at 7 p.m.
