The Toronto Marlies played their annual Boxing Day Classic in front of 7,274 fans at Ricoh Coliseum Friday afternoon. The Marlies would entertain the crowd to a 4-0 shutout victory over rival, Hamilton Bulldogs. The team would receive contributions from Matt Frattin, Brad Ross, Spencer Abbott and Troy Bodie. Christopher Gibson would record his first shutout of the season making 25 saves, earning him the second star.

Toronto heads to Rochester for a game against the Americans Saturday, then returns to Toronto Sunday for a game against the Adirondack Flames. Puck drop is at 3:00 p.m. and tickets can be purchased at marlies.ca/tickets or by calling 416-597-PUCK (7825).
