Lunden Assigned to Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV- The Las Vegas Wranglers announced that forward Josh Lunden has been assigned to them by the San Antonio Rampage of the AHL.

Lunden, 24, has appeared in three games with San Antonio so far this season. A native of Coquitlam, BC, Lunden began is career in 2004-05 with the Chilliwack Chiefs of the BCHL, appearing in 54 regular season games and tallying 39 points (19g, 20a). The 6-2, 202-lb. forward followed that up with another season with the Chiefs before heading to the University of Alaska-Anchorage of the WCHA. Lunden skated in 126 career collegiate games from 2006 through 2010, earning 84 points (47g, 37a).

The Wranglers return home to face the Stockton Thunder on Tuesday, February 1st at 7:05 pm.

The Las Vegas Wranglers© are the ECHL affiliate to the National Hockey League's Phoenix Coyotes and the American Hockey League's San Antonio Rampage.
