Louisiana's Evangelista Suspended One Game

PRINCETON, N.J. â The ECHL announced on Monday that Louisiana center John Evangelista has been suspended for one game as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #281 at Pee Dee on December 11.
At 17:51 of the third period, Evangelista was assessed a match penalty under Rule 52(a) Deliberate Injury of Opponent.
Evangelista is suspended one game under Rule 33A Supplemental Discipline.
Evangelista will miss Louisiana's game vs. Gwinnett (Dec. 14).
