TRENTON, NJ (December 5, 2005) - The Trenton Titans announced on Monday that forwards Mark Lee and Chris Thompson have been assigned by the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Thompson, 27, played in his first two games for Bridgeport over the weekend. Now in his eighth season of pro hockey, Thompson is tied for the team lead on the Titans with 6 goals scored, while also recording 2 assists and 29 penalty minutes over 17 games.
Lee, 21, made his debut with the Sound Tigers on Saturday as Bridgeport blanked the Philadelphia Phantoms 3-0. A second-year pro, Lee has registered 2 goals, 2 assists and 10 penalty minutes in 10 games for Trenton.
