
Leading Goal Scorer MacQueen Joins Utah in California

Bakersfield, California - Utah Grizzlies Head Coach and General Manager Tim Branham announced today that leading goal scorer Jamie MacQueen will be rejoining the team in California and is expected to be in the lineup tonight when Utah plays in Bakersfield at 8 p.m.
MacQueen has been with the Anaheim Ducks AHL affiliate in Norfolk since October 24.
With Utah, MacQueen totaled six goals in Utah's first three games, including four goals on opening night October 18 as the Grizzlies beat the Idaho Steelheads 4-2. He was also named the league's Player of the Week during the first week of the season.
MacQueen had one goal and two assists for three points in 14 games with the Admirals during his call-up.
Despite having only played in three games, MacQueen is still the Grizzlies leading goal scorer. Kris Hogg is now second on Utah with five goals.
Utah continues their road trip Wednesday, Friday and Saturday in Alaska. Face-off all three nights is scheduled for 9:15 p.m.
The Grizzlies return to Maverik Center Saturday, December 28 and Tuesday, December 31 at 6 p.m. December 28 is a post-game skate with the Grizzlies. For New Year's Eve, fans can take advantage of $2 Hot Dogs, $2 Fries, $2 Soft Drinks and $2 Draft Beers.
