
Countdown to Face-Off: Kalamazoo Wings vs Fort Wayne Komets

For the second time this season the Kalamazoo Wings will face-off against the Fort Wayne Komets. The K-Wings won the first meeting between the teams back on November 29th by the final of 4-0 at Wings Stadium. After tonight the teams will square off 12 more times this season.
Kalamazoo's four-game winning and six-game (5-0-0-1) unbeaten in regulation streaks were snapped last night with a 5-2 loss to the Cincinnati Cyclones. The K-Wings enter tonight looking to avoid back-to-back home losses for the first time this season.
Tonight will conclude a four-game road swing for the Komets. Currently, Fort Wayne is 1-1-0-1 and has outscored their opponents 12-11 during the trip. On the season the Komets are 5-5-0-1 away from the Allen County Memorial Coliseum.

Snapping a Streak Kalamazoo enters this evening looking to snap a two-game (0-1-0-1) home winless streak. The two-game streak is a season-high for the K-Wings.
