ELMIRA, NY - November 13, 2015 - The Elmira Jackals, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Buffalo Sabres and the AHL's Rochester Americans, return home to host the Norfolk Admirals on Ziff Law Veterans Appreciation Night.

MAGNIFYING THE MATCHUP
The Jackals return home to host the Norfolk Admirals following a three-game road trip, which ended in Norfolk, Virginia on Tuesday. In the first meeting between these two new East Division rivals, the Jackals received goals from Jacob MacDonald, Mike Seidel, Kevin Clare and Cason Hohmann en route to an exciting 4-3 victory. C.J. Motte came in during the first period to replace the injured Sam Marotta and stopped 16 of 18 shots faced for his second win of the season. Tonight's matchup is the second of eight overall meetings and the first of five this season at First Arena.
FAST FACTS
? Forward Mike Seidel has scored in three consecutive games and has five goals and six points in the last six contests. The Darien, IL native was the Jackals leading scorer last season with 23 goals and 42 points.
? Rookie forward Cason Hohmann is tied for third among first-year skaters with 11 points through 10 games this season. The Arlington, TX native also ranks fourth among rookies with seven assists.
? Rookie goaltender C.J. Motte earned his first two wins as a Jackal on the three-game road trip. His first victory came on Friday night in South Carolina with a 32-save shutout performance, which was also his first pro shutout. Motte's second win came on Tuesday in Norfolk as he stopped 16 of 18 shots in relief of the injured Sam Marotta en route to the 4-3 win.
