MISSISSIPPI 2 - Inferno 1

A Tyson Marsh shorthanded goal wasn't enough to force overtime for the Inferno, as former Inferno winger Travis Lisabeth and forward Marek Kvapil both scored to give the Wolves a 2-1 victory. Jeff Jakaitis stopped 26 of 28 shots.

MISSISSIPPI 4 - Inferno 2

Jeff Miles scored the game's first goal 11:50 into the first period and Daniel Sparre scored his team-leading 19th goal of the year, but the Inferno fell to the Sea Wolves 4-2. Mississippi received goals from Ryan Menei, Travis Lisabeth, Mike Hartwick and Gio Flamminio. Todd Ford stopped 29 of 32 Sea Wolves shots as Columbia dropped to 0-2-1 against Mississippi this season.

Inferno @ Pensacola Ice Pilots

Pensacola Civic Center

This is the second and third time the Ice Pilots and Inferno will meet this season. The Inferno beat the Ice Pilots 6-0 in Pensacola on Nov. 6 for Jeff Jakaitis' first professional win and shutout. The Ice Pilots are in ninth place in the South Division with 24 points (10-30-1-3).

Inferno vs. Texas Wildcatters

Carolina Coliseum

This will be the third of six games between the Wildcatters and Inferno this season. Columbia beat the Catters 2-1 in overtime on Saturday, Jan. 19th with a Brad Ralph goal to push the season series to 1-0-1.

Inferno @ Gwinnett Gladiators

Arena at Gwinnett Center

This will be the fifth of 10 games between the Inferno and Gladiators. Columbia lost 3-2 in a shootout to the Glads on Monday, Jan. 21 to drop the season record to 0-2-2.

Inferno vs. Mississippi Sea Wolves, 7:05pm

The Inferno will host the 2nd Annual Pink in the Rink to benefit the Palmetto Health Foundation for Breast Cancer Research on Friday, February 15. Starting on Saturday, January 12, there will be a raffle set up at customer service for you to purchase raffle tickets to have the opportunity to win one of six pink jerseys. The remaining jerseys will be auctioned off immediately after the game on February 15. Ticket packages are available by calling 256-7825.
