THE WEEK AHEAD
Tuesday, November 16th Inferno vs. Charlotte 7:30pm Carolina Coliseum
The Inferno is 0-1-1 against the Checkers this season and 11-4-3 all time. Columbia will face the Checkers 10 times this season. Charlotte is tied for second place in the East Division with 13 points (6-2-1).
Friday, November 19th Inferno @ Greenville 7:05pm Bi-Lo Center
Greenville is in fifth place in the East Division with 8 points (4-6-0). Columbia earned their first win of the season in Greenville on 10/26. The Inferno is 17-6-1 all-time against the Grrrowl.

Friday, November 12th TEXAS 3 Inferno 2
The Texas Wildcatters topped the Inferno with the game-winning goal coming at 1:04 left in the third period to lift them past Columbia 3-2 in front of 4,389 fans. Columbia was on the board first with a goal by Matt Ulwelling, his first of the season, as he took the puck up the ice and sent the shot past Texas goaltender Davis Parley. Greg Amadio and Bryson Busniuk had the assists. Only 23 seconds later, Texas forward Aaron MacInnis scored on a screened shot to tie the game. At 18:13, Andrew Ianiero scored shorthanded as Lou Dickenson wrapped the puck around the goal and passed it to the open side of the net. As most of the play was in the Inferno offensive zone, Brad Ralph took a slapshot from the top of the face-off circle to tie the game at 8:58. Chanse Fitzpatrick and Trevor Demmans helped on the goal. Texas did not give up as Dickenson scored the game-winning goal at 18:56 to steal the win from the Inferno.
Saturday, November 13th PEE DEE 2 Inferno 0
The Pee Dee Pride shutout the Inferno in a 2-0 win Saturday night. Rob McVicar was in goal for the Inferno stopping 22 of 24 shots on goal. Columbia recorded a record low 13 shots in the game, with only 2 in the third period.
